Sales Executive - Fashion Retail

About the role

The Sales Executive supports leadership and retail teams in planning and executing strategic initiatives to boost sales, drive revenue and expand brand presence. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, offering personalized styling consultations and meeting set sales quotas through exceptional customer care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑store and online customer service, greet clients, understand garment preferences and deliver personal styling consultations.
• Drive client acquisition and business development through outbound outreach, follow‑ups, promotion of collections and achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage accounts and customer relationships by handling inquiries, resolving issues, escalating complex cases and maximizing customer lifetime value.
• Maintain accurate inventory across physical and e‑commerce channels, update the inventory system daily and collaborate with marketing and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Education: OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management or related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years proven retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or high‑end consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
