Sales Development Representative

About the role
The Sales Development Representative will act as the bridge between MH and its customers, promoting the brand and driving new business opportunities in the garment accessories and textile sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop high‑potential customers through proactive prospecting and regular in‑depth visits.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform sales strategies.
- Introduce new products to customers, gather pricing information, and support order generation.
- Occasionally travel within the country for business meetings.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Chinese team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the textile industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Effective presenter with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What we offer
- Basic salary of 120,000 NAI
- Performance salary of 40,000 NAI
- Monthly commission bonus
- Transportation allowance of 30,000 NAI
- Communication allowance of 10,000 NAI
