Sales & Customer Relations Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Relations Representative to respond to customer enquiries, generate new sales, and build lasting relationships with our clients. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and ensuring excellent service before and after sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and assist with orders.
• Identify and approach potential customers and businesses, visiting offices and organisations to introduce DMY FOODPLUG.
• Build and maintain relationships, follow up on leads, quotations and convert them into sales.
• Promote products, seek bulk and repeat orders, and meet agreed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, leads and sales activities, and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification (advantageous).
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or related roles, preferably in FMCG, food, retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident and persuasive.
• Comfortable with field sales, visiting potential customers and strong follow‑up abilities.
• Based in Abuja with ability to commute to Lugbe.
