Sales Coordinator – Hotel Sales & Marketing Support

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will provide general office support to the Sales & Marketing team of the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, handling documentation, communication and guest inquiries to help drive revenue and maintain brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and copying.
• Prepare sales‑related documents including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders.
• Assemble promotional material packages and distribute brochures.
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
• Answer guest questions about facilities, rates, packages, promotions and special events.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients via phone and email, responding to requests promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information and adherence to company policies.
• Support team goals, develop positive working relationships and comply with quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related sales or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
