About the role
Sales Associate positions are available with a brand that operates two stores on Lagos Island. The role involves interacting with customers, supporting sales and marketing activities, and delivering excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Jovial and happy personality with a love for interacting with people.
- Ability to navigate computers and the internet efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
- Proactive mindset, thinking on your feet and persuasive communication.
- Passion for sales, marketing and customer service.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Commitment to stay in the role for at least 2‑3 years.
- Minimum education of National Diploma (ND/HND) and completion of NYSC.
- Residence on Lagos Island or nearby area.
- Availability to work Saturdays on an occasional basis.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales or customer service.
