Risk and Loss Specialist II

About the role

The Risk and Loss Specialist II will support Kimeric Group’s safety and loss prevention initiatives within the Energy & Utilities sector. You will lead and contribute to risk studies, ensuring that safety standards are robust and aligned with industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in or lead risk studies and consequence analyses, including toxic gas dispersion modeling.
• Develop, update, and formalize safety standards, instructions, and codes into documented company practices.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate safety criteria into design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Broad knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
• Proven ability to handle tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities.
• Fluent English communication for technical and business contexts.
• Experience in environmental, health and safety and loss prevention.

Required skills

• Toxic gas dispersion modeling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
