About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service in a fashion‑forward environment.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers, identify needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and maintain updated customer records.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, monitor stock levels and support inventory management.
Perform daily opening and closing procedures and ensure a clean, organised shop floor.
Prepare sales reports and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

Minimum two years of retail sales experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Friendly, approachable, professional appearance and a passion for fashion, design, art and culture.
Organised, proactive, detail‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Required skills

Proficiency with point‑of‑sale systems and sales software.
Good command of Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting.
