Retail Manager – Drive Sales Growth

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead growth within Sika Nigeria’s retail sales channel by creating and executing effective sales strategies, strengthening dealer and retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability across the market. This role supports revenue growth, market penetration, and the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share through effective management of retail channels.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and distribution across retail outlets.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail activities, identify opportunities, and address challenges.
• Analyze sales data and market performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of relevant experience.
• HND/BSc in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• Professional certification (COREN) preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in the construction industry and built‑up environment.

Required skills

• ERP experience in CRM & Sales Force.
• Knowledge of micro and macro economic metrics.
