Restaurant Manager – Full-time (Abuja)

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead all aspects of the on‑site restaurant serving hospital staff, patients and visitors in Abuja. This full‑time position ensures a high‑quality guest experience by supervising both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, managing daily operations and maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, production, packaging and dispatch.
• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, manage schedules and monitor service standards.
• Control inventory, place supply orders and ensure compliance with health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback, drive satisfaction initiatives and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support recruitment, hiring and onboarding of restaurant personnel.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve revenue targets and manage operating costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong customer‑facing, communication and team‑development abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in Food & Beverage operations, menu execution and quality control.
• Proficiency in budget management, cost control and basic financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food‑hygiene regulations with ability to enforce compliance.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
