About the role
We are looking for a Residential Chef to design appealing menus, prepare high‑quality meals, and oversee kitchen operations for private households in Abuja.
Key responsibilities
- Design and plan seasonal menus while staying within budget.
- Cook dishes, supervise plating, and ensure consistent flavor and visual appeal.
- Supervise, train and schedule kitchen staff, delegating daily tasks.
- Track inventory, order supplies and control waste to keep food costs within budget.
- Enforce health, hygiene and safety regulations across all workstations.
Required profile
- Culinary Art Skill/SSCE/Ond holders.
- 1–2 years experience as a Continental Cook or Chef de Partie.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of international cuisine.
