About the role
Enyimba Economic City Development FZE is seeking a Resident Supervision Construction Engineer to oversee construction activities on its projects in Abuja. The role involves ensuring that work is carried out to the required standards of quality, safety, and schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with specifications.
- Monitor quality, progress, and safety throughout the project.
- Review construction drawings, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare technical reports and recommendations for the employer.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Valid COREN registration.
- Minimum of 4 years of construction experience, including significant site supervision.
