Research, Innovation & Concept Development Analyst

About the role

The Research, Innovation & Concept Development Analyst will identify emerging trends, conduct in‑depth research and generate innovative concepts for content, platforms and audience‑engagement strategies across Quantum Expressions’ media channels. This role supports the company’s strategic goal of staying ahead in the fast‑evolving media landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse industry trends, emerging technologies and consumer behaviour to spot opportunities and threats for the organisation.
• Produce clear reports, presentations and insights for internal stakeholders, communicating the implications of trends.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to create new content formats, platform features and engagement strategies.
• Design and conduct research projects (surveys, focus groups, data analysis) to evaluate the viability of new concepts.
• Develop business cases and feasibility reports, outlining benefits, risks and resource needs.
• Collaborate with editorial, technology, marketing and business‑development teams to align research findings with strategic initiatives.
• Define metrics to track performance of implemented innovations and prepare performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Research or a related field; MBA or MSc in Innovation, Strategy or Market Research is a plus.
• 0‑5 years of experience in research, analysis, innovation or strategy roles, preferably within media, technology or consumer‑focused industries.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and innovation frameworks.
• Familiarity with the media industry, digital platforms and content trends.
• Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
