Rental Officer

About the role

The Rental Officer will support Kelkey Global Limited in expanding and managing its portfolio of residential and commercial rental properties in Lagos. You will act as the primary liaison between landlords, property owners and prospective tenants, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end rental process.

Key responsibilities

• Scout and source suitable rental properties, building relationships with landlords, agents and owners.
• Gather and verify detailed property information, conduct inspections, and capture high‑quality photos and videos.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date property database, adding new listings and removing unavailable units.
• Respond promptly to rental enquiries, match client requirements with available properties, and arrange viewings.
• Accompany clients on inspections, provide property details, and follow up to drive conversions.
• Coordinate daily rental operations, manage listings across approved platforms, and track leads from enquiry to closure.
• Assist in negotiations and documentation, and report on rental activity, inventory and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum OND or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in property sourcing, client management or rental operations.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Proficient in using computers and property management software.
