Remote Recruiter – Contract (30‑42 USD/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Recruiter to support one of our clients in scaling their hiring across technical and non‑technical positions. This contract role is paid $30‑$42 per hour and offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global engineering and product organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles using job boards, social media and professional networks.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and collect structured feedback.
• Maintain candidate communications and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Partner with hiring teams to refine job descriptions and hiring criteria based on market trends.

Required profile

• Experience managing candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment for software development or IT services.
