Remote Freelance Sales Consultant – Commission Only

About the role

Prommex Consulting is seeking experienced freelance sales partners to expand its client base. This remote, commission‑only position allows you to work independently, set your own schedule, and earn based on the business you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients that could benefit from Prommex’s recruitment, HR advisory, and workforce outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Research target companies, locate decision‑makers and initiate contact to understand their business needs.
• Present Prommex’s value proposition, schedule meetings with the internal team, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales activities, and collaborate with the Prommex team to close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline and close B2B deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Experience selling professional services or knowledge of recruitment/HR solutions is a strong advantage.
