Relationship & Partnerships Lead

About the role

Events Architects is seeking a Relationship & Partnerships Lead to work closely with the Chief Visionary Officer. The role focuses on nurturing genuine connections, turning goodwill into sustainable growth through thoughtful relationship management rather than aggressive sales tactics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, sponsors, founders, executives, and community leaders.
• Track contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow‑ups to ensure relationships are consistently nurtured.
• Identify and develop partnership, collaboration, sponsorship, speaking, training, and experiential project opportunities.
• Support the CVO in managing stakeholder engagement, preparing briefing notes, and ensuring commitments are followed through.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential collaborators and partners, supporting outreach and mutually beneficial initiatives.
• Strengthen community, alumni, and industry networks, creating added value for audiences and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor relationship health, and prevent any valuable connection from being overlooked.
