Registered Nurse

About the role

The Registered Nurse will join the clinical team at Thronos Alliance in Lagos, providing direct patient care and supporting medical officers across a range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following clinical protocols.
• Assist medical officers during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing interventions.
• Document nursing notes, patient records, and medication administration accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and preventive health measures.
• Maintain hygiene, sterilisation, and infection‑prevention practices.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the scope of practice.

Required profile

• Recognised nursing qualification (RN or equivalent) with current registration and a valid practising licence from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Good clinical observation, communication, and patient‑care skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Residence in Ejigbo or surrounding areas, with priority given to candidates living close to the hospital.
