Regional Security Lead (South East)

About the role

The Regional Security Lead ensures that our mission never stops. You are the guardian of our physical spaces, making every Moniepoint office a safe sanctuary where the team can build and create without worry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of security policies that protect people, offices, and equipment across the region.
• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and design strategies to reduce risk.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel, ensuring high‑quality performance.
• Act as primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services, maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead response to security breaches and accidents, producing clear factual reports.
• Design and deliver training programs for security personnel and employees.
• Stay ahead of security trends and technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigations when needed.

Required profile

• At least 5 years leading a security team in a guard services/physical security company or as an ex‑commissioned service personnel supervisor (military, police, or paramilitary).
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Recognized security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO).
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Fluency in local dialects of major tribes in the assigned region.
• Experience working with automated security systems such as CCTV cameras and burglary alarm systems.
