Regional Security Lead – South East

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a Regional Security Lead to protect its South East operations. You will be the primary guardian of all physical assets, ensuring that every office provides a safe environment for staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies across the region to protect people, equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and design mitigation strategies.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Serve as the main liaison with law‑enforcement agencies and emergency services.
• Lead investigations of security breaches or incidents and produce factual reports.
• Design and deliver training programmes on emergency response and life‑saving protocols.
• Stay current with security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Provide expert advice on asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a security team in a guard services or physical‑security company, or as a supervisor in the military, police or paramilitary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Recognised security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO).
