About the role
Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Regional Security Lead for its North East region. You will be responsible for safeguarding all physical locations, ensuring a safe environment for employees and assets, and building proactive security systems.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and enforce security policies across all offices and assets in the region.
- Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and design mitigation strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule private security guards and armed police personnel.
- Serve as the primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services.
- Lead investigations of security breaches or incidents and produce factual reports.
- Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols for staff and security teams.
- Monitor emerging security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems and recommend upgrades.
- Provide expertise for asset recovery and fraud investigations when needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a security team in a guard services/physical security firm or as a supervisor in the military, police, or paramilitary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or a related discipline.
- Relevant security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP, CPO).
Required skills
- Proficiency with CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of access‑control technologies.
