Regional Mentor – Savannah (Nigeria)

About the role

Sun King is seeking a Regional Mentor to lead learning delivery, develop training content and mentor sales staff and agents across the Savannah region of Nigeria. You will work onsite in Yola, reporting to the Zonal Training Manager for the North Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and field training sessions to field‑based staff.
• Maintain KPIs, achieve training targets and ensure 100% adoption of technology‑based work tools.
• Design training assessments with guidance from the Training Manager.
• Drive learning performance using data tools and manage knowledge‑based platforms such as Litmos.
• Induct, mentor and support field staff, collecting feedback on new tools, products and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in training and coaching, preferably in sales or marketing.
• Degree in education or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to create a conducive learning environment and travel frequently to remote areas.
• Excellent communication skills and good problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and visualization tools.
• Experience using smartphone applications and learning management systems such as Litmos.
