Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager (Nigeria)

About the role

BagginsHQ is looking for a self‑driven Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager to build and grow its digital presence in Nigeria. The role goes beyond simple social media posting, focusing on generating qualified commercial leads and measurable revenue through strategic digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the regional social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, planning, creating and publishing high‑quality content while maintaining an active content calendar.
• Generate qualified commercial leads through targeted calls‑to‑action, lead forms and landing pages, record and attribute leads, and collaborate with senior key accounts managers and sales teams to ensure conversion into paying customers.
• Produce professional graphics, short‑form videos and presentations using design and video tools, adapt content formats for each platform and ensure branding consistency.
• Localise marketing messages to the Nigerian market, incorporating cultural nuances and regional language where appropriate, and monitor trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Track and report on audience growth, engagement, lead generation and verified revenue, using analytics to optimise strategies and recommend improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Advanced use of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design.
• Video editing expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
