Regional Business Development Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are seeking commercially driven Regional Business Development Managers to lead sales, distribution and market development for Keara Cosmetics within a designated geopolitical zone in Nigeria. The role involves owning the regional market, expanding product availability and driving growth for a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies for Keara Cosmetics products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned region.
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, retailers and other trade partners.
• Build and expand the distributor network and explore new territories where the brand has limited presence.
• Increase product visibility across wholesale, retail, beauty salons, supermarkets and other relevant channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and provide regular performance reports to the National Business Development Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
• Resident within the assigned geopolitical region in Nigeria.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong network of distributors, wholesalers and retail contacts in the cosmetics or personal‑care sector.
• Commercially motivated with the ability to work independently.
