Regional Admissions Representative

About the role

The Regional Admissions Representative will lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for qualified students across the South‑South region of Nigeria, acting as the university’s face at schools and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct informational sessions for prospective students and families.
• Evaluate applications and academic credentials for eligibility.
• Participate in college fairs, high‑school visits and other recruitment events.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects via phone, email and social media.
• Coordinate admissions testing, secure student credentials and communicate final decisions.
• Use CRM software to track recruitment activities and generate reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or related discipline (Master’s a plus).
• 1‑3 years post‑NYSC experience in admissions, recruitment or student services.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and a local dialect.
• Ability to travel, work flexible hours and represent the university professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using CRM systems for workflow and relationship management.
