Recruitment & Training Officer – Security Company

About the role

The security organization is looking for a Recruitment & Training Officer to strengthen its HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding qualified personnel to meet staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, shortlist applicants and conduct interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining an up‑to‑date candidate database.
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and prepare recruitment reports.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
• Experience recruiting for a security company is an advantage.
