Real Estate Sales Officer

About the role

A growing real estate team in Ajah, Lagos is looking for a motivated, results-driven sales executive to generate leads, market its properties, close sales and build long-term client relationships. The role involves regular site inspections, client meetings and business development, reporting to the Business Development Manager or Head of Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, digital channels and direct marketing.
• Market and sell the company's real estate properties to prospective clients.
• Conduct property inspections and accompany clients on site visits.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare property presentations and sales proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Maintain an accurate database of prospects and clients and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide market intelligence to management.
• Attend exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an added advantage; applicants must live in Lekki, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya or nearby areas.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and business development.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
