Real Estate Sales Executive (Lekki)

About the role

A real estate developer in Lekki, Lagos is looking for a driven Sales Executive with proven real estate experience to promote and sell its properties, build client relationships and close deals. The position is full-time, with a stated salary of N350,000 to N400,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, referrals, social media and networking
• Conduct site inspections and property presentations for prospective buyers
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate and close sales, and guide clients through payment plans and documentation
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections and sales in the CRM or tracking sheets
• Provide after-sales support to build repeat and referral business
• Keep up to date with market trends, pricing and competitor activity in the Lekki and Lagos market

Required profile

• Previous real estate sales experience (non-negotiable)
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• At least 4 years of sales experience in real estate
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Good knowledge of the Lekki property market and surrounding areas

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media for lead generation
