About the role

Brit Properties Nig. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Marketing Unit Manager to lead its sales team at the Ikota branch in Lagos. The role involves driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with marketing to boost property visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from client acquisition to closing deals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Academic qualification of B.Sc or HND and above.
• Minimum two years proven experience in real estate sales, insurance, or micro‑finance with a track record of successful transactions.
• At least two years of managerial experience demonstrating leadership and team‑building skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of local real‑estate market trends and regulations.
• Ability to recruit and manage a team of at least fifteen marketing executives to meet monthly sales targets.
