About the role

Jayne Luxe Realty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Marketer to work in a hybrid setting based in Abuja. The role combines property sourcing, listing, and comprehensive marketing activities for both residential and commercial assets. You will interact directly with clients, investors, and the brokerage team to drive sales and investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and list residential and commercial properties.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Manage social media promotion and online listing platforms.
• Meet prospective clients, conduct property viewings, and follow up on leads.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Analyze market trends and prepare marketing reports.
• Produce marketing materials and property brochures.
• Collaborate with the brokerage team to support sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong property marketing skills, including online listing management and content creation.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and effective negotiation.
• Solid understanding of Abuja real‑estate market dynamics.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Comfort with digital tools such as CRM systems and office productivity software.
• Previous experience in real‑estate marketing or sales is highly beneficial.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and travel within Abuja for inspections.
