About the role
The Real Estate Manager at IDCL Africa will oversee the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal use of commercial spaces and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft and administer leases, monitoring compliance and performance.
- Supervise property maintenance, facilities services and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Track occupancy, rental performance and provide accurate reporting on market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize real‑estate investments.
Required profile
- Strong property management experience, including tenant relations and operational efficiency.
- Proven lease administration experience covering negotiation, documentation and compliance.
- Solid knowledge of commercial real estate evaluation and investment analysis.
- Relevant academic background in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field.
- Experience working in the African market, especially Abuja, is an advantage.
