Real Estate Content Creator Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Content Creator Manager will be based on‑site in Ikeja and will lead the creation and management of all content that showcases Luxury Redwood’s properties, services and brand. This full‑time position works closely with sales, marketing and property management teams to produce compelling written and visual material that drives lead generation and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Write and edit marketing copy for websites, brochures, property listings, social media and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and property management teams to gather information and create accurate content.
• Oversee production of visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase leads and awareness.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Lagos and Ikeja real‑estate market trends.

Required profile

• Strong content creation, writing and storytelling abilities focused on real‑estate audiences.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and basic content strategy.
• Proficiency with visual content tools such as graphic design or basic video editing.
• Solid research and analytical skills to understand market trends and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Real Estate or related field; real‑estate marketing experience is a plus.
