Real Estate Agent – Sales & Rental Specialist

About the role

Join Kenex Konsults International as a Realtor to connect clients with residential and commercial properties across Port Harcourt and Rivers State. You will drive lead generation, guide clients through the buying or renting process, and ensure professional service throughout each transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, social media and property listings.
• Assist clients in finding residential or commercial properties that match their needs and budget.
• Market and promote properties for sale or rent, including creating listings and using digital platforms.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Provide accurate information on property features, pricing, location and availability.
• Negotiate prices, rental terms and other transaction conditions on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate viewings, meetings and negotiations between clients and property owners.
• Maintain records of listings, leads, prospects and completed transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, property values and developments in the assigned area.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in real‑estate sales, property marketing or a related field.
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of the local real‑estate market in Port Harcourt and Rivers State.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for property inspections (advantageous).

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using basic CRM tools.
