Public Sector Senior Account Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage the public sector sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal.
• Unearth new public sector opportunities through networking and turn them into long‑term partnerships.
• Present CloudPlexo’s products and services to prospective clients.
• Provide professional after‑sales support to maximise customer loyalty.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Negotiate agreements and keep accurate records of sales data.
• Contribute to new customer acquisition and support the organisation’s growth efforts.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong desire and business acumen.
• Previous public sector sales and account‑management experience.
• Experience within the software, cybersecurity, AI & cloud services industry.
• Articulate and comfortable in a client‑facing role.
• Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
