Project Sales Specialist – Building Materials

About the role

The Project Sales Specialist (Building Materials) is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Nigeria. You will identify and pursue project‑based sales opportunities with contractors, developers, architects and other stakeholders in the construction sector, driving revenue through tailored product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients, present product solutions and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, follow up to close sales and ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery and monitor project progress.
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare regular sales reports, maintain an updated pipeline and contribute insights to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven project sales experience in building materials, construction or real‑estate sectors.
• Strong communication, customer service and negotiation abilities.
• Solid project management skills to track timelines and coordinate internal resources.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional integrity, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work on‑site.
