Project Sales Executive – Building Materials

About the role

The Project Sales Executive will drive project‑based sales of building‑materials solutions across construction, real‑estate, hospitality and corporate sectors in Abuja. You will build strong relationships with developers, architects, contractors and other key stakeholders to deliver tailored finishing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close project sales opportunities for tiles, sanitary ware, kitchen and other finishing products.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and contract conditions within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with showroom, logistics, procurement and other internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM and submit regular sales reports.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity and emerging project opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 5–7 years proven project‑sales experience in the construction finishing‑materials industry.
• Established network with developers, architects, contractors and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals.
• Self‑motivated, commercially focused and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
