Project Manager – Real Estate Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of our real estate development projects, ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards and project objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong, hands‑on experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of managing development or construction projects from planning through execution and completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate development projects from inception through completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans, programmes, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, consultants, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against approved timelines, budgets, scope and quality requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, constraints and issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Conduct regular site and project progress reviews and ensure agreed actions are followed through.
• Review project documentation, drawings, specifications, reports and other deliverables as required.
• Monitor utilisation of project resources and ensure efficient deployment of materials, personnel and other resources.
• Prepare regular project status and progress reports for Management.
• Support procurement, contractor engagement, tendering and project‑related commercial processes where required.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in the real estate, construction or property development industry.
• Demonstrable experience working as a Project Manager or in a substantial project management capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Estate Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate development, construction processes and project execution.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables and competing priorities.
