Project Manager

About the role

DevRecruit Consulting Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within its recruitment business. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects while coordinating cross‑functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop realistic project plans, timelines and milestones, and track progress against them.
• Estimate required resources, monitor utilization and manage project budgets, supporting cost‑control measures.
• Lead and motivate project team members, delegating tasks according to strengths and capacities.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks or scope creep early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, preparing regular progress reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership and clients.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on project management experience delivering successful projects in a tech, consulting, agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of standard project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Exceptional time‑management, prioritisation and multitasking capabilities.

• Workspace suites: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
