About the role

PELEAH COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead engineering and power projects from initiation through delivery. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction while coordinating internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and power projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical and progress reports for management and clients.
• Maintain client relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across projects.
• Supervise site activities and enforce quality assurance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or power project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and power solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects under pressure.
