About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for Enyimba Economic City Development in Abuja. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from design review to final hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, coordinate and complete construction projects.
- Review architectural, structural and engineering designs and develop detailed execution plans and schedules.
- Supervise site activities, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress against approved milestones and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional body requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, building engineering or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in construction project management.
- Professional certification such as PMP (preferred).
- Registration with COREN and/or the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Required skills
- Proficiency with project management tools.
