Project Delivery Manager

About the role

We are a global capacity‑building company that helps organisations innovate. The Project Delivery Manager will lead consulting and training projects, drive agile delivery and build strategic client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive agile project delivery and execution, owning end‑to‑end delivery of consulting and training projects in project management, change management, business analysis and certification courses.
• Facilitate sprint planning, track execution to achieve ≥90% sprint goal achievement and improve velocity by ≥15%.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, optimise resources and build automated dashboards for project health monitoring.
• Cultivate client relationships, design tailored solutions and achieve ≥90% client satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies, acquire new clients, expand accounts and meet revenue targets through repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and ensure ≥85% stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication.
• Build and mentor consultants and trainers, support certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP) and conduct market research to inform product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years experience in training/consulting for project management, agile, change management or business analysis.
• 2+ years experience in project delivery consulting.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP or equivalent.
• Proven sales experience including cold calling, negotiation and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Proficiency with project and business analysis tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro).
• Agile framework implementation at scale.
