Programs & Business Growth Manager

About the role

KWS Academy is seeking a commercially driven Programs & Business Growth Manager to lead its programs team, drive revenue growth and strengthen brand positioning. The role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for building systems, teams and a commercial engine for the Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance of programs, including revenue, enrolment, conversion and profitability targets.
• Lead the programs team, set clear goals, establish workflows and monitor performance.
• Develop and launch new professional development programs, workshops and corporate training offerings.
• Work with marketing to create launch strategies, campaigns and brand‑building initiatives.
• Build partnerships with organisations and manage a pipeline of corporate training opportunities.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and weekly performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management, business development or commercial operations with a track record of revenue generation.
• Strong commercial awareness of customer acquisition, pricing and profitability.
• Leadership experience driving teams toward measurable objectives.
• Excellent project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Experience with project management tools and performance dashboards.
