Program Producers & Content Creators

About the role

The Program Producers & Content Creators will lead the end‑to‑end creation and delivery of engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms for Quantum Expressions Media Consult LTD. This role combines creative concept development, hands‑on production, and data‑driven optimisation to meet audience needs and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate original program ideas, formats and detailed proposals that align with the company’s content strategy and audience insights.
• Oversee and participate in all production stages – pre‑production planning, filming/recording, editing, graphics creation and post‑production – ensuring technical quality and compliance with platform specifications.
• Adapt content for distribution on on‑demand services, broadcast, social media, websites and mobile apps, creating platform‑specific versions to maximise engagement.
• Monitor real‑time consumer data and analytics to evaluate performance, produce reports and implement data‑driven adjustments for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Television Production, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 0‑5 years of demonstrable experience producing video, audio or digital content for various platforms.
• Relevant certifications in production software or project management are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of multimedia production processes, cross‑platform strategies, data analytics and Nigerian media copyright laws.

Required skills

• Professional video and audio editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.).
• Scriptwriting and storyboarding capabilities.
• Operation and basic troubleshooting of production equipment (cameras, audio recorders, lighting).
• Knowledge of digital video/audio formats, codecs and delivery specifications.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
