About the role
We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our food manufacturing operations in Lagos. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily food production and production schedules.
- Supervise production staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and food‑safety standards.
- Oversee raw materials, inventory, waste, and production costs.
- Monitor production processes to consistently achieve targets and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food/FMCG manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of food production, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage inventory and control production costs.
- Organized, proactive, and result‑oriented.
