Product Supervisor

About the role

The Product Supervisor will lead the day‑to‑day management of inventory and visual merchandising for a fast‑moving retail environment. You will ensure product availability, presentation standards, and quality control while supporting a team of sales and tailoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee incoming inventory, direct stock intake, storage, and routine inventory audits to prevent shrinkage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring clear pricing, clean shelves, and attractive product displays.
• Train, mentor and supervise staff on product features, handling techniques, customer service, and safety procedures.
• Inspect product quality and expiration dates, handling damaged or expired goods according to protocol.
• Monitor sales performance, track fast‑moving and slow‑moving items, and recommend promotional or restocking actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or product supervision role.
• Familiarity with garment construction, corsetry and luxury finishing.
• Ability to manage tailors and coordinate with a diverse team.
