Product Manager

About the role

ClassroomIO is seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its learning management solutions. The role focuses on driving adoption, usability and business impact for a global audience of customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for the LMS platform.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market and user research to inform feature decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and customer‑success teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Monitor product performance through analytics, user feedback and metrics.
• Support go‑to‑market activities, coordinate product launches and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven product‑management experience, including roadmap planning and feature prioritisation.
• Experience with user research, data analysis and metrics‑driven decision making.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills across engineering, design and business functions.
• Knowledge of learning‑management systems, EdTech or SaaS products is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple initiatives.
