Procurement Manager – Branch Roll‑out Projects

About the role

Moniepoint is expanding its physical footprint across Nigeria and needs a senior Procurement Manager to lead real‑estate acquisition, lease negotiation and vendor onboarding for branch roll‑out projects. The role reports to the Head of Third Party Management & Procurement and oversees nationwide site procurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and acquire real‑estate assets that meet operational templates for new offices and experience centres.
• Negotiate commercial lease terms, including rent, fit‑out periods, renewal clauses and long‑term tenancy security.
• Conduct due‑diligence with legal counsel and estate surveyors to verify titles, encumbrances and structural viability.
• Develop a centralized procurement strategy for multi‑site roll‑outs and building retrofits.
• Create and maintain a pre‑qualified vendor matrix for construction, civil works, specialist installers and suppliers.
• Standardise pricing agreements and supply‑chain processes to ensure cost‑effective, timely delivery.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in real‑estate procurement, commercial lease negotiation and strategic sourcing.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Experience working in fast‑paced fintech or banking environments is preferred.
