Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

AMS is seeking a Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist who will act as a strategic sourcing partner, collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders to design innovative sourcing strategies and engage high‑calibre passive talent in competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand complex hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Leverage talent intelligence, market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Identify, attract and engage high‑calibre active and passive candidates using a range of sourcing tools, platforms and techniques.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on talent availability, market trends and sourcing approaches.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and hard‑to‑fill positions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Strong consultative, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience using data, market insights and talent intelligence to shape sourcing strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Advanced use of professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
