Power Systems Sales Executive (Marine)

About the role

The Power Systems Sales Executive (Marine) will lead the development and promotion of power systems projects across Nigeria, focusing on high‑value turnkey solutions for marine applications. The role involves close collaboration with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure project success and compliance with Caterpillar standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and negotiate high‑value power systems turnkey projects.
• Interpret tenders and specifications, producing design and installation drawings.
• Monitor projects to ensure compliance with Caterpillar standards and quality of third‑party components.
• Liaise with Power Systems Sales Manager, Service & Product Support, Unatrac Power Systems, and Caterpillar representatives on technical issues.
• Develop technical knowledge of the 3600 series genset among sales engineers and train Power Systems Engineers.

Required profile

• B.Sc / B.Eng or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (plus marketing and sales training).
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in power systems sales or engineering.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive.

Required skills

• Power systems design and installation drawing preparation.
• Switchgear design and specification.
• Technical interpretation of tenders and specifications.
• Knowledge of Caterpillar standards and 3600 series genset.
