Physiotherapist – Health & Wellness in Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a skilled, patient‑focused Physiotherapist to deliver high‑quality musculoskeletal assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services within a premium hospitality setting. You will work closely with physicians, personal trainers and wellness coaches to create individualized programs that support recovery, enhance performance and promote long‑term health for our members and private clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, physical examinations and functional movement evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, sports‑related and post‑surgical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, soft‑tissue mobilization, electrotherapy and therapeutic taping.
• Design progressive programs to facilitate safe return to activity, fitness and optimal functional performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, wellness coaches, personal trainers and other healthcare professionals for coordinated multidisciplinary care.
• Perform injury‑prevention screenings, posture assessments, movement analysis and ergonomic evaluations.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, pain management, posture correction and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in line with professional standards.
• Ensure physiotherapy equipment and treatment areas are clean, calibrated, safe and compliant with infection‑prevention protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent.
• 4–7 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, sports or rehabilitation physiotherapy.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary, client‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous professional development.
