Pharmacy Technician

About the role

The Pharmacy Technician will support the pharmacy team at CrownBak Health by preparing and dispensing medications under supervision, maintaining inventory, and providing professional assistance to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and dispensing of prescribed medications under appropriate supervision.
• Receive, organize, label, and store medications correctly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispensed medications and pharmacy stock.
• Monitor inventory levels, report low‑stock or near‑expiry items, and support stock‑taking.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, cleanliness, and organization within the pharmacy.
• Provide non‑clinical assistance to patients regarding prescriptions and medication collection.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other clinic team members.
• Follow clinic policies, procedures, and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Perform other pharmacy‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification or certification as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Appropriate registration or licensing where required.
• Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, community pharmacy, or similar healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
